"How Does It Work?"

It's simple.  Buy a home, any home, with me as your agent and I will give you a rebate...in cash!  The total rebate is .5% (one half) of the sales price* and applies to any residential home purchase, including resale, new constuction, and bank-owned properties.  The rebate is in addition to any incentives offered by the seller/builder.
*based on selling broker receiving the typical 3% of sales price as commission; prorated otherwise

The rebate can either be (a) applied at time of settlement or (b) delivered to you within 10 business days after settlement.

You will receive the service expected from any top-producing real estate agent, to include:

• Searching of properties that match your criteria, both listed and unlisted
• Getting you pre-qualified for financing by working with your lender (or referring a reputable one to you)
• Showing you homes
• Pricing out a prospective home based on a comparative market analysis
• Writing and negotiating the contract
• Providing post-contract support for inspections, addendums, and as required
• Communicating with all parties during settlement process
• Attending settlement to ensure the close of the transaction is successful
